AKA Lux Beauty Return & Refund Policy

At AKA Lux Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below, which follows our trusted supplier's (CJ Dropshipping) guidelines.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives broken, defective, or not working properly.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product that is significantly different from what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Important: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We may not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • CJ Dropshipping does not cover return shipping, so you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refund Process

Once we confirm the issue, we will:

  • Issue a replacementstore credit, or a full/partial refund—depending on the situation.

  • Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
